Introduction
Provided by Bidragon Machinery Ltd, the auto wheat flour mill machines are ideal equipment for customer to get all purposeof wheat flour (standard flour, grade 1 flour, grade 2 flour which obey the people's republic China's GB1355-88 standards)with tailor
made design as required. Capacity varies from 5t/day to 100t/day.
The process of wheat flour mill
1.Storage section
Grain silo (if need)
2.Cleaning section Vibrating Separator | Gravity Grading Destoner | Rotary Flat Sifter | Horizontal Wheat Scourer| magnetic Separator, etc.
3. Milling section
Pneumatic Roller Mill | Plansifter (Single bin or double bin or high square)| Purifier | Dampener | Impact Detacher, etc.
4. Packing section

Details of each section
1.Storage section:
The grain silo is widely used in storing grain
such as wheat, corn, maize, rice, paddy, malt, barley, soybean, etc.
2.Cleaning Section:
To ensure the flour quality and the working life of the mill by removing the impurities in the wheat before go to mill. Main machine includes:
1).Vibrating Separator:
2).Gravity Grading Destoner
3).Rotary Flat Sifter
4).Horizontal Wheat Scourer
5).Magnetic Separator
3.Milling Section:
Different capacity has different number of roller mills,plansifter and purifiers, this part is to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran until get the finished wheat flour.
1). Pneumatic Roller Mill:
Mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
2). Single bin/Double bin/High square plansifter:
To separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.
3). Purifier:
Aluminum sieve frames for longer lasting durability. Supplied with complete exhaust trunking system.
