Corn Grits Mill Brief introduction

YLCS series Complete Set Of Corn/Maize Flour Milling Plant is composed of cleaning part, peeling & degerming, and grits/flour making part. From the corn, after processed by this equipment, you can get high quality food materials such as low fat corn grits (size adjustable), corn flour, even high precision corn oil (oil press equipment not included in this complete set).

YLCS Corn Grits Mill Function Description

mpurities removal in the separator and destoner firstly and then the pure corn be transformed to peeling machine, after intensive and gentle peeling, the maize will be degermed in the polishing machine. Then the granular maize (without skins and germs) will be grinded and milled by roller mill. After the circulatory milling and flour grading(unqualified is drawn and the residue is recycled for further grinding or milling), the wantted products will be packed by the automatic packing machine.
